PAYMENT: Non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of the end of the auction through wire transfer to Port City Auctions escrow account. The balance will be due within 30 days of executed contract. Current bids on the internet will be executed on your behalf during the auction by, Hibid.com, or other viable Internet platforms. However, Port City Auctions cannot be held Liable for live internet bids that are not sent, received, or executed by the administrator. 7. Legal Fees: Negative feedback, publicly posted comments and/or all complaints resulting from bidder's failure to read and/or understand terms & conditions will be aggressively pursued by legal counsel with bidder(s) responsible for all legal fees. 8.
