Lot # : 8 - White Vinyl Fencing

1. All items are sold "AS IS" and neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the items, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness of the description, physical condition, size, quality, the rarity, importance, medium, provenance, period, source, origin or historical relevance of the items, whether oral or written. Whether the description is oral or written this shall NOT be deemed a warranty or representation. Prospective bidders should inspect the merchandise thoroughly before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. We will always hold an Open House for prospective bidders to come view the items in person. All sales are final & refunds will not be given. 2. Some of the lots in an auction may be offered subject to a reserve. This reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the seller & AL MARTIN AUCTION COMPANY LLC, in which the lot will not be sold. In any event when a lot is subject to a reserve, the Auctioneer & Osburn Auction Company may reject any bid not adequate to the value of the reserve. 3. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any merchandise before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdraw. This only happens when there are potential issues with said item such as any legal issues. 4. With online auctions the successful bidder will go to highest bidder. In the case that people bid the same amount, the successful bidder will go to the buyer that put the bid in first. 5. Once the lot "CLOSES" online, ownership to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder, and the bidder assumes full risk & responsibility, and will pay the purchase price of the item(s), plus Buyers Premium, buyers premium will be posted on each sale online. 6. Accounts are to be settled by the end of posted pick-up dates of every sale. We accept Cash, Bankable Check, Master Card, or Visa, with a 4% processing fee for cards. 7. All property must be picked up and removed from the Auction House by the end of the pick-up dates posted. AL MARTIN AUCTION COMPANY LLC shall have no liability for any damage to or loss of property left at the Auction House after posted pick-up dates. 8. AL MARTIN AUCTION COMPANY LLC reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $10 a day if your items are not picked up by the end of posted pick-up dates. 9. Bidding on any and all item(s) indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Everyone is eligible to bid if you are registered. Auction Staff are also eligible to bid (they have to pay just like everyone else). 10. AL MARTIN AUCTION COMPANY LLC reserves the right to ban a bidder on HiBid at any time. An example for being banned would include but not limited to non-payment of your successful bids.
