Please note a 3.5% credit card fee will be added. -Sales Taxes will be calculated by our system and applied if required by your jurisdiction. 2. Nonpayment Consequences: -Buyers who fail to complete payment within 72 hours will be reported to HIBID and will be ineligible to participate in future auctions. 3. Local Pickup and Shipping Options: -Local Pickup: Items won in the auction can be picked up at our headquarters at Brownsville, TX after making an appointment with our company. -Shipping: Alternatively, you have the option to ship your purchased firearms to your chosen FFL Dealer. It's the buyer's responsibility to provide the FFL Dealer's information for the firearm transfer. -A $25.00 Transfer Fee will be applicable for local pickups. -Buyers must provide receiving FFL Information within 7 days from the auction finish date to info@southtexasauction.com. Failure to do so within 10 days will result in items being considered abandoned without reimbursement. 4. Shipping Costs: -We offer the convenience of fixed shipping costs for your acquisitions: -Rifles: $20.00 EACH -Ammunition Lots: $15.00 on 1st lot $5.00 per additional lot -Pistols: $15.00 EACH 5. Compliance and Background Checks: -We strictly adhere to ATF Requirements for all firearm sales. -As a licensed FFL Dealer, we will perform necessary background checks and paperwork in compliance with the law. -Firearms can only be shipped to other FFL Dealers without exceptions. -Bidders uncertain about passing background checks are advised not to bid, as no reimbursement will be provided in such cases.
