Method of Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by Check, Cash, Visa, Discover, or Master Card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases, and an 18% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Firearms: The Steffen Group do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resale, own or use specific products offered for sale at our auction. This auction is considered an estate-style auction, and The Steffen Group is acting as an agent for the seller. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun, and 21 years of age or older to purchase a hand gun. The revolver will be taken to an FFL dealer to complete the transfer. Buyer shall pay a $35 dollar transfer fee by FFL for each transfer, and buyer is responsible for any additional fees, shipping, and handling for out of state purchasers. The revolver will be delivered to the FFL Dealer on the morning of Monday, April 22, 2024. The original purchase of the gun must be paid for at the auction site first and then pickup will be available after 12:00 noon on April 22nd. The FFL Dealer for this auction will be Freedom Firearms which is located at 1525 Directors Row, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Removal: Items may be picked up by appointment on Sunday, April 21st, 2024, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Buyers must bring their own assistance in moving items. The Buyer will forfeit any items not removed within this time frame, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. ***Please bring your packing material, including wrapping and boxes. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY OR HELP TO MOVE THE ITEMS WITHIN THE ALLOWED TIME FRAME, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THE ITEMS. Shipping: Shipping will only be available through our in-house shipping department for small items only. Shipping will not be available for any large items or furniture.
