Shipping is available on smaller items only. Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, or not having shipping arrangements made 5 days post Auction, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds and Bidder will be barred from bidding at future Auctions. If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup time and a special trip to the Auction House is required , a $25 Cash Fee will be charged! By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions. Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
