The Derrickson family are trying to consolidate two houses while doing some remodeling. Some of the pictures are kind of dark because they were in the basement with not a lot of light. There is furniture and tools scattered from the beginning to the end in no random order so be sure to check out each lot. They have trusted Workman auction to help liquidate the things they are not taking with them.
