Upon registration for auction, HiBid verifies your credit card by placing a $1.00 temporary charge on your account. The charge will fall off in 5 to 7 business days. The payment will automatically be charged to the card you register with. 5. Bidders have option of setting maximun bid amount allowing the auction software system to automatically bid on their behalf to the next highest bid increment. 6. Soft close: In the event that a bid is placed in on an item in the final minuteof the auction sale, the auction for that item will automatically be extended and remain open for an additional 1 minute. This will continue until bidding has ceased.. The highest bidder shall become the purchaser and no Bidder shall retract his/her bid at any point through out the auction sale. Upon award of the successful bid, the Purchaser will receive an invoice via emailwithin 24 hours of auction close. Full payment required day of auction sale closing. 7. No shipping is provided on this auction. 8. Pickup and Removal: All items must be removed on the dates and times provided. If it is necessary to meet for an additional pickup time a minimum charge of $50.00 will be added to invoice. Items not picked up after 3 days will be considered abandoned and the Auctioneer will dispose of or resell the items at the Purchasers sole risk with no refund provided. 9. All sales are final. 10.
