*Online abandoned vehicle auction only. No live auction at this location. PICTURES CAN BE DECEIVING so for this reason we strongly encourage IN PERSON INSPECTION, as most of the vehicles in our auction are private property impounds, police impounds or accidents. Hours for in person inspection are 10:00am-4:00pm on the Monday before the sale and 10:00am-12:00noon day of auction. *No personal checks accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. We accept cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money orders which need to made payable to C & C Auctioneering. Visa & Mastercard are also accepted but with a 10% convenience fee added to the total. If you have a tax exemption, please provide us your number when completing paperwork. *If you win the bid on any lot and do not pay, you will not be allowed to bid on any of our future auctions and negative public feedback will be left. Sorry, I can not accept bids from anyone with a negative feedback score. *Cook's Towing & C & C Auctioneering are not responsible for any missing information, missing parts, mechanical condition of any vehicle listed in the auction. Pictures can be misleading so for this reason we strongly suggest in person inspection on any lot you are interested in bidding on. Our auctions are usually the last Tuesday of each month unless that Tuesday is on a major holiday. Just ask if this is the case and we will let you know the auction date.

I can not approve any bidders with a negative feedback score. All lots won need to be picked up by 4:00pm on Friday same week as the auction. If you need a vehicle towed out of our lot, we can deliver locally for an additional charge depending on what we are towing and where it is going.
