TERMS OF ONLINE AUCTION ENDING ON MARCH 28 2024 This online Auction is to sell equipment from now closed MIX Food Hall, a cloud kitchen operation that was situated inside the Kroger store in Dublin, Ohio and a roast beef restaurant named Rancher's that had last day of operations on Sunday March 10 2024 Plus a few additional items from other closed operations. The equipment has been moved to a warehouse in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and our warehouse on groves road on the east side. The 2 storage sites are about 7 miles apart and we are planning on being able to pick up at both sites on the same days. The Mix Food Hall was in business for about 2 years and most of the equipment has manufactured dates of 2022 and 2021 Pick up will be on Friday March 29, Saturday March 30, Sunday March 31, and Monday April 1, a few days beyond Monday April 1 are okay to with prior planning. We can ship items ( if they can be shipped) at buyer's expense, that may include a nominal crating fee. You must talk to Auctioneer Paul Delphia about shipping prior to the end of the bidding. NO OHIO sales tax is in place for this going out of business auction. In the unlikely event of a software glitch that renders the online bidding inaccurate. Or in the event of a local, national or international power outage or crisis, the online bidding will be stopped and or voided and the event will be reposted at a later date at the auctioneer's discretion, or if such a glitch or event affects only certain lots in the auction, then those items may be offered at a different event at a later date at the auctioneer's discretion Bidding constitutes a contract to purchase under the terms of sale laid out here.
