If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction addict should know when bidding in our auction. All items are sold AS IS. We DO NOT GUARANTEE NOR WARRANTY ANY PRODUCT SOLD FROM BID 4 CAUSES OR FROM THE OEM. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder or email us at doug@escapetheherd.com HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. If you elect to pay cash "with prior owner approval" and do not make the payment or pick up your item within the allotted pick-up times, your card on file will be charged on the last day of the scheduled pickups. Any misuse of the cash buyer payment option will result in the inability to be a cash buyer. For any cards that fail to process, we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Payment must be made in full prior to any products leaving the facility. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has been completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. ITEM PICKUP: We have 3 days for pickups for each auction. We have 3 allotted times for picking up your winning items. MONDAY NOON - 6:00 PM. TUESDAY NOON - 6:00 PM. WEDNESDAY NOON - 6:00 PM. We will do our best to make arrangements to help and accommodate on certain occasions. We are closed on SATURDAYS AND Sunday All items that are not picked up by THURDAY at 3:00 PM will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal unless other arrangements have been made. A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items. Any item NOT picked up after 7 days WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION of the close of the auction will be disposed and or recycled with no refund nor will be given. If you can not pick up your items in Largo FL, we are happy to offer shipping at an additional fee. This will be a separate charge the buyer is responsible for, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING BID 4 CAUSES and must contact us by phone 727-512-9430 or email doug@escapetheherd.com within the 3 days allowed for pickup to make arrangements for this service. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL NOT JUSTIFY A REFUND AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PAYMENT MADE FOR THE WINNING BID OR BIDS. THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Bid 4 Causes is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Bid 4 Causes employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the inside and outside of any vehicle and or trailer. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. All items are SOLD AS IS. If we classify a product to be Authentic or Verified We will 100% stand behind that. If we make a mistake on this. We will make it right to our customer. Returns and Refunds: At Bid 4 Causes all products will be sold AS IS. We do however make mistakes too. It will be a management decision if a refund is a option. Email/Text: Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. Bid 4 Causes will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. Bid 4 Causes emails are few and far between. We will do our best to only email newsletters twice a year. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. Message and data rates may apply. STOP/Unsubscribe: Bid 4 Causes maintains its own text and email list. Phone numbers and emails will only be added to locations that you have registered. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. If you do not wish to receive messages from a specific location you must unsubscribe from that location. Unsubscribing from a location's text list will only ensure that you do not receive any messages from that location. If you are no longer interested in receiving messages from any Bid 4 Causes must unsubscribe from each one individually. Bid 4 Causes uses a third party software software for internet only auctions. The auction company nor the software provider will be responsible for any interruption in service, errors, caused by any means including power failures or website outages. This auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. All auctions in the United States are considered to with reserve unless they are advertised as absolute, this auction is not absolute, and some pieces may be sold with reserve. The auction company reserves the right to bid on behalf of the reserve price. The decision of the Auctioneer is final as is the case in a live auction. This is an "All Sales Final" auction event, and items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If the auction company, at its sole discretion, agrees that a return of a product is in the best interest of both parties, it is agreed that under no circumstances will fees associated with the auction, including buyer's premium, shipping, and processing fees, be refunded. All auctions in the United States are considered to be with reserve unless advertised as absolute. This auction is not absolute, and some pieces may be sold with reserve. The auction company reserves the right to bid on behalf of the reserve price. Bid 4 Causes uses third-party software for online auctions. WHOLE AGREEMENT: Acceptance of these terms constitute a whole and legally binding agreement between the bidder and the auction company. Note that acceptance of these terms is a requirement to bid in this auction, and that any bidder who chooses not to abide by these terms and conditions are disallowed from bidding. As a condition of your approval to bid in this auction, it is mutually agreed that all disputes that could arise will be a default to this being a AS IS auction.. As acceptance of these terms and conditions all bidders agree that items are sold AS-IS and are not subject to a credit card dispute.
