REGISTRATION - You must register for the auction on HiBid. We have the right to refuse any bidder You can also register at lighthouseestatesales.ca click menu click auction then click the guy top right corner and follow instructions PAYMENT - Pay in person when you pick up by Cash, Debit, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. We DO NOT accept phone Credit Card Payments and we DO NOT get Credit Card info from HiBid BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Cash, Debit and 18% Buyers Premium for Visa, Mastercard and Amex plus 13% HST added to all purchases. BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops. INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - Invoices are emailed after the Auction. Check your junk mail if you don't receive it. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the time specified.
