1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) Preview will be Tuesday March 19th and 26th from 10am-5pm. 3) Shipping is available on items that fit in a flat rate box for a $10 per item packaging fee plus the actual cost of shipping. It is a slow service. All packages will be insured all claims can be taken up with USPS not us. Items larger than a flat rate box must be picked up by a shipper during the designated pick up time. If they are not picked up they will be deemed abandoned. WE highly recommend contacting Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for fragile and large shipping items. We will delvier them to Jeffs Packaging for a $10 fee. Bidders must contact Jeffs Packaging first to confirm with them before we will drop off items. Any in house shipping invoices not paid within 30 days of being sent will be deemed abandoned. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a shipping invoice for in house shipping. We are an auction company not a shipping company. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick-ups will be at Big Red Auctions Warehouse and Gallery at 488 N Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482 on Friday March 29th from 9am-12pm or Tuesday April 2nd from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick-up day. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends. 7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt. 8) Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns Happy Bidding and Have Fun! 9) The buyer premium for this auction is 15%. There is no additional credit card fee. 10) Items not Picked up will be deemed abandoned there is no other pick up day. 11) All bids are final. Bids cannot be removed, changed, or lowered once place. All bids are a binding agreement to purchase at that price. 12) Buyer must Take everything in a lot. 13) We are not a storage facility items sold must be picked up during the designated pick up time to make room for the next auction! 14)Modern Firearms must be FFL Transferred. Firearms will be transferred by Chandlers Firearms in Kilmarnock. There is $25 FFL Transfer Fee per gun paid directly to Chandlers Firearms. All Va Gun Laws apply. Guns can be picked up during their business hours Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm at 24 S Main St Kilmarnock, VA. Shipping for Firearms must be coordinated by the FFL dealer and the Buyers FFL Dealer.
