We are a fully compliant and licensed FFL dealer. As such, all gun sales will be processed according to FFL regulations. In order for APEX to transfer ownership of a firearm to anyone, including the original consigner, a federal background check must be passed. Ammunition may be transferred to those 21+ and older without completing a background check. Ammunition can only be shipped through a single shipper, shipping through them is $430 to ship from Alaska to the lower 48 including Hawaii. In state ground shipping is available for Alaska residents, but please note it will be based on where you live as well as the added protective shipping. If you are out of state, please only bid on ammunition if you agree to pay the above stated shipping cost. Failure to agree to this will incur a $25 fee from your refund.
Guns can be shipped within the United States to your local FFL. We will search for your nearest FFL if you do not provide a preferred licensed facility. Handguns must be shipped via Next Day Air & with a trigger lock.
All items must be picked up by buyer during the posted pick-up dates and times. Typically, pick up is from 10am-5pm the week after Auction closure week. Specific times and dates are listed within each Auction.
Pick-ups for this auction are Thursday, 4/4 & Friday 4/5 in Chugiak; 12:00-6:00PM. All items are located off-site, not at APEX Auctions. Winning bidders will be provided the pick-up address.
Select shipping and delivery back to the Anchorage warehouse is available for this auction, however all such services will be assessed an additional $25 handling fee per lot in order to bring the item back to the warehouse. Some items not marked as "Shipping Available" may be eligible to be delivered back to the APEX warehouse for a $125 fee. Please reach out to inquire about specific lots. Many items in this auction are large and heavy. Winning bidders must come prepared to collect won lots. Please do not bid on a lot if you are unable to remove it from the premises.
Winning bidders are asked to come with your invoice (or invoice #).
Cash payments are made by pre-arranged request only. Requests can be made via phone or email up to 72h prior to auction closure.
Buyers have 24h after auction closure to correct any card payments that were unable to process at auction closure and make cash payments in person. Any Bidder that repeatedly uses payment methods that are insufficient/untimely may be restricted from site use. $50 Card Decline/Failure to Make Timely Payment Fee may be assessed if card declines/unpaid cash payments result in merchandise remaining unpaid for longer than 24h after auction closure.

Removal:
The buyer is responsible for all logistics, transportation, loading and associated costs with picking up won lots.
Bidder’s failure to inspect goods will not constitute grounds for any claim for damages, adjustment, cancellation of purchase or any other remedy. Neither the auctioneers nor the sellers give any type of guarantee or warranty, implied or otherwise. All items are being sold unwarranted in an "as is" and "where is" condition. Buyer needs to contact auctioneer to schedule removal time and date. Items must be picked up and removed from its location within ten days--or sooner--following the completion of the auction. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both consignor and Apex Auctions, LLC against any damage caused by acts of the buyer and/or his agents. Apex Auctions, LLC is not responsible for goods not removed within the time specified and shall have the option of removing and storing any goods not removed at the expense and risk of the buyer.
Vehicle or property title paperwork will be provided to successful bidder upon close of the auction, unless otherwise notated. Purchasers are responsible for all provided paperwork; a fee will be charged for replacement documentation. Bidders on vehicles, machinery, airplanes, boats and recreational vehicles are responsible for compliance with any emission or title regulations for their intended area.
Apex Auctions, LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids can be rejected for any reason, especially those containing inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information, or information which is deemed to have been given in bad faith. Apex Auctions, LLC monitors bids to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions. Consignors are strictly forbidden from bidding on any items they have consigned. If a consignor is caught bidding on their own items, then the bid will be removed, and the consignor will be banned from participation of any kind in all future auctions. All bids are subject to investigation and cancellation at any time. If a bid is removed, the bidder with the next highest bid, who is in compliance with the online terms and conditions, will become the current high bid.
Payment Terms:
You must have an available balance on your registered credit card to make the online purchase. Buyers have 24h before auction closure to reach out to APEX Auctions and request to make a cash payment. Within 24h after auction has closed, the card you have on file will be charged for the entire purchase amount (including the buyer’s premium).
If the full purchase price is not paid at the close of the auction or within the pre-approved time frame, Apex Auctions, LLC may retain all monies received as liquidated damages in addition to all other remedies allowed by law. No claims will be allowed. Goods not paid for or removed within the time specified may be disposed of or resold without further notice and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale may be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
In the event of nonpayment, fraudulent dispute or charge back, APEX Auctions will reserve the right to attach daily compounding interest not less than 25% to outstanding unpaid balance. This is in addition to any and all fees incurred during the collection process. Liquidation and collection costs related to unpaid balances are the sole responsibility of bidder.
