Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day Friday April 5th during scheduled hours. After that time, wire transfer only payments will be accepted. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except titled lots. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Seller will have equipment available to assit with load out. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. ---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES--- <b>Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium.</b> As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping.
