ITEM CONDITION: We will describe the items to the best of our ability. You can expect all tems to be free of chips, cracks and major manufacturing flaws. If there is a major flaw, we will point it out and the item will be sold "as is". Bubbles, straw marks , mould marks etc are considered a feature of hand made glass and not a reason for return. If an item has a second quality mark we will indicate that. SHIPPING: Buyer pays all shipping costs. We use, clean, new packing materials. We are a smoke free and pet free facility. There is a handling fee for each item won, listed below: Small items such as animals $2.00 ea. Medium items such as small vases and bowls: $3.00 ea. Large items such as large vases , bowls, etc : $5.00 ea We ship insured via UPS or USPS Priority Mail . Tracking # will be provided. Items will be shipped within 10 BUSINESS days after they are paid for. DAMAGE IN SHIPPING: In the rare case that you receive a damaged item please take a few pictures and email them to afenton460@aol.com . We will refund you promptly. We do expect you to cooperate in any manner needed for us to file a damage claim with the carrier. You may be asked to return the item , or retain the item as well as the box and all packing materials in case the carrier requests them for inspection.
