There will be a $1.00 charge to your card for verification that will be refunded. 2. Buyers Premium: A 12% internet fee will be charged to each buyer as a "Buyers Premium". 3. Payment: Your credit card will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for the entire amount of purchases with the exception of local buyers. Local buyers may pay with cash or local check. A 3.9% fee will be added to all credit card transactions. 4. All local buyers are encouraged to attend viewing days to inspect items themselves. 11. Damage: Any damage caused by a buyer during the preview, or during the removal is at the expense of the Buyer. 12. Auctioneer, Auction Employees and Sellers are not responsible for accidents, omissions, errors, theft or misrepresentations. 13. Buyers agree that they have reviewed and agree to all terms and conditions of this auction. The terms and conditions constitute an enforceable and binding electronic agreement upon their electronic acceptance by the Bidder.
