There is a $25 fee for declined credit cards. * Winning items will ONLY be picked up during times designated. * Items not picked up by the 7th day will be returned to inventory and bidder's file will be noted as a failure to pick up and all bidding privileges can be revoked from Hibid. NO EXCEPTIONS. * Shipping is available ONLY on the items marked as such. Shipping will be paid for by the winning bidder. A single lot will be the actual shipping cost plus a $5 handling fee to help cover the expense of packaging material and labor.
