Auction Company will email unpaid invoices at the conclusion of this auction. (Pickup and Pay: Friday, March 29th 10AM to 2PM} Approved check, cash, visa/master card will be accepted at pickup. If using a Credit Card, a 3% administrative fee will be applied. 10% buyer premium will apply. No Taxes. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. No exceptions. If an invoice remains unpaid after 10 business days, Fowler Auctioneers reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close. Participation Requirements: Name, address, daytime phone number, email address and a Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Buyer’s Contract: Your bids placed on the Fowler Auctioneers website are a contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due. If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the times specified, then DO NOT BID. NO Shipping: Auction company does not ship. Buyer is responsible for the removal of all items ON SPECIFIED DATES. Failure to Pick-Up Items: All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises during the designated times.
