All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGEBACKS 2) All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. 3) Bidder inspection is encouraged. 4) By placing a bid, bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or they have chosen not to personally examine them. 5) We Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. 6) 13% Buyer's premium applied to final winning bids, 3% DISCOUNT for payments made with cash or approved check. 7) Rock Creek Auctions accepts Cash, Approved Checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express. 8) All items must be paid and settled for within the designated time for this auction. Items must be picked up during that time. Any items not paid for or not picked picked up are subject to a minimum $25 hauling fee. 9) Rock Creek Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or malfunctions. 10) Auctioneer is not responsible for technical issues that may arise preventing buyer from placing their bids.
