By participating in 705Auctions you, the bidder, agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. **Payment**: Our system does not process payments automatically. Winning bidders are responsible for settling their payments within 7 days following the close of the auction. 2. **Cancellation Restocking Fee**: If a winning bid is not settled and the item is not collected within the stipulated two-week period, a cancellation restocking fee amounting to twenty percent (20%) of the pending settlement total will be applied. This fee must be paid in full before you are allowed to participate in our future auctions. 3. **Negative Points and Bidding Restrictions**: Non-payment of the cancellation fee will result in negative points being added to your bidder report. You will be prohibited from participating in our auctions until the cancellation fee is fully settled. 4. **Settlement Invoice**: At the end of every auction, we send out a settlement email to the winning bidder. This invoice includes the total cost of the items won, all applicable taxes and fees, and the shipping cost. 5.**PICKUPS & REMOVALS**: Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our auction website. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults.
