All local buyers are encouraged to attend viewing days to inspect items themselves. 11. Damage: Any damage caused by a buyer during the preview, or during the removal is at the expense of the Buyer. 12. Auctioneer, Auction Employees and Sellers are not responsible for accidents, omissions, errors, theft or misrepresentations. 13. Buyers agree that they have reviewed and agree to all terms and conditions of this auction. The terms and conditions constitute an enforceable and binding electronic agreement upon their electronic acceptance by the Bidder.
