(Due to recent fraud & attemps at fraud we will not accept Credit Cards for purchases of Gold Coins & Gold Jewelry from bidders that have not established a history of business with us, we will accept company or personal checks as an alternative and will ship purchases after check clears) All lots offered are described and/or graded by the consignor and K.D. Smith Auctions offers no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied. All items are sold where-is, as-is. All merchandise is on display for inspection and it is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the merchandise as we have a no return policy. To insure authenticity of your purchase of US coins, autographed items and sports cards you may choose to have them sent out for authentication under the following terms: 1. Successful bidder pays for item. 2. Item never leaves custody of K.D.Smith Auctions prior to its submission for authentication to ANACS, SGC or PSA 3.) If item is determined to not be authentic customer will be refunded the full purchase price less the cost of the authenticaton service and shipping costs to and from.

You have 2 weeks to pay for and pick up your purchases. If we do not hear from you after the 2 weeks we will auto run your credit card and ship it out to you . Pick up is by appointment only. You may call or stop in to set up an appointment. If shipping is required and the item or items your are interested in are larger than what would fit a USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail box call (610-797-1770) to insure shipping availability prior to bidding. As we are currently in the proccess of moving of business from Allentown, PA to Quakertown PA all preview & pick-up for this auction will be strictly by appointment only, call 610-797-1770.
