1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 7:00PM on Weds., March 20, 2024. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page. . 2.Preview will be Friday, March 15, 2024 from 4:00PM-6:00PM 3. Pick up is on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 1:00-6:00PM at 330 Birkdale Drive, Greensburg,PA 15601. Everything must be picked up on this day. Please bring the boxes, packing materials and any help you may need to remove your items. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 6. NOTICE: Reed's Auction Company will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. 7. Reed's Auction Company reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. This auction has a 12% buyer's premium.. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $112. 10. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at the time of pick up. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. Effective January 1, 2024, there will be a 3% service fee for credit cards. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged. 12. We will ship small items. If requesting shipping, please call to verify we can ship your item/items. We do NOT ship to Canada. The buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of shipping in addition to a minimum $10 handling/packing fee. We will not ship if the total invoice is under $10.00. We do NOT Ship Furniture!
