Registration and Payment - You will need to register with a credit card with Hibid.com. This is a timed online auction with a 12% buyer's premium and 7% IN Tax that will be added to all wininng bids. Your credit card on file will AUTOMATICALLY be charged following the close of the auction. ALL Invoices over $750 must be paid via bank wire. Condition Reports - Schrader Real Estate and Auction Fort Wayne is not responsible for the correctness of any statement of any kind concerning any lot, whether written or oral nor for any other errors or omissions in description or for any faults or defects in any lot. Neither the seller, ourselves, our officers, employees or agents, give any representation, warranty or guarantee or assume any liability of any kind in respect of any lot with regard to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, description, size, quality, completeness, condition, attribution, authenticity, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, prior ownership history, or historical relevance. Except as required by local law any warranty of any kind whatsoever is excluded by this paragraph. Preview - All items will be sold "as is where is" with no physical warranty express or implied. The auction company makes every effort to take multiple pictures, note defects, note dimensions of items, and provide as much information as possible to ensure confidence in bidding. However, a preview date and time has been set and it is the buyer's responsibility to come and inspect the items you wish to bid on. If you are unable to attend, please call the auctioneer with any questions or concerns before bidding on any items. The auction company is not responsible for items with defects, confusion of the size of an item, or any other characteristics of the items offered for auction. Pickup Procedures - All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. After 7 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become property of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Fort Wayne. Successful winning bidder is responsile to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. Shipping - Within 2 hrs of the auction ending you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick up time and or shipping. We may take up to 15 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx or UPS. When the shipping invoice is paid shipping will be finalized and you will receive tracking number once your label is printed.
