This will be our Timed Spring Auction featuring mainly farm equipment, construction equipment, welders, concrete tools, mowers, golf carts, and much more. INSPECTIONS: Equipment can be inspected Monday, March 4th & Tuesday, March 5th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm CST. Equipment is located at 241 North Saint Francis St, Poseyville, Indiana, 47633. Trucks and Trailers can be viewed at the South Lot at 140 IN-68, Poseyville, Indiana, 47633. PAYMENTS: Payments must be paid in FULL within 2 Business days of the auction. Payments can be made via the following methods: Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify the method of payment. Cash: We do accept cash. Wire Transfer: All Winning bids over $1000 are wire transfer only. Wire instructions will be attached to the invoice. Checks: Personal checks and Cashier's checks or are all subject to a 7-10 day holding period before items can be picked up. Credit Card: Contact us if you wish to pay your bill online by credit card through the invoice. Electronic Check: You can pay by electronic check/ACH by calling our office to request this option. There is no fee for this payment method. Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire transfer. PICK UP: Items must be picked up within 2 days or there will be a $25.00 per day storage fee applied unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days, items will be resold, and no refund will be returned to the customer. The buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. ANY labor involved with shipping and/or loading with be billed at $100.00 per hour. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF US. Any buyers outside of US are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping Documents. Shipping quotes are available. There is a 3.30% fee for all credit card payments. A $25.00 per day storage fee will be applied to the invoice if equipment is not picked up within 14 days. TAXES: Applicable Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots. Winning bidders exempt from Sales Tax will need to complete an Indiana ST-105 form and return to us. This form will be attached to the invoice. Once received by our office, the tax will be removed, and a new invoice will be sent without the tax.
