Bidding Information:
Online Bidding Starts: Wednesday, February 14th, 2024
Online Bidding Ends: First lot closes at 6pm CST Friday, February 23rd, 2024.
Lots will close in numerical order every 30 seconds with 2 minutes added if bids are placed in final 2 minutes.
Payment and Pickup:
Payment: Invoices over $2000 must be paid by Cash, Wire Transfer or certified funds.
All invoices under $2000 will be paid with credit card on file unless titled vehicle.
Pickup will be in Murfreesboro, TN

Link to schedule appointment for pickup will be sentt with winning invoice and will include pickup address.
Removal Assistance:
All items in this auction may be picked up once James R Cash II Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from James R Cash II Auctions. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property and card on file will be charged. If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please notify Catherine at 615.836.9054 so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
