Payment of purchase: If arrangement for payment is not received by Friday, April 19 the purchase of the item will be forfeited. ************************************************** 11). Payment: Cash, Cheque (ID required), Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit. We do not accept American Express. ************************************************** 12). Late payment: Late payments are subject to a 1.5% penalty per month charged after due date. ************************************************** 13). Returned cheques: $25.00 service charge fee on returned cheques. ************************************************** 14) Shipping - Getting Your Items Home: We have partnered with The UPS Store #200 in Saint John NB to assist with all your shipping needs. After the invoice is paid in full, UPS will pick up, package and arrange for delivery. All shipping costs will be determined by UPS and will need to be paid to UPS. Note: Citadel Gallery Auctions does not undertake packing or shipping and is not liable for any shipping concerns. The Auctioneer shall not be liable for any damage to glass or frames of the lot and shall not be liable for any error or omissions or damage caused by packer's or shipper's notwithstanding the fact that we may have recommended them. ************************************************** 15) Storage fee: Purchased items must be picked up or arrangement made for pickup and payment within 7 days. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5.00 per day will be charged. ************************************************** 16) Bidding: Bidding on article(s) indicates your acceptance of all of the above terms. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to the age, condition, authenticity and value of an item before bidding.
