This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. Start date will be THURSDAY, February 8th and END date (with a soft close) will be MONDAY, February 26th at 7pm CST. Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice TUESDAY, FEB 27th. Sunshine Auction Co.'s physical location is 1870 "A" Avenue, Shenandoah, IA 51601. Items on this auction are onsite for inspection. There will be a 5% Buyer's Premium for online bidding, with a cap of $3500. TERMS: All items must be paid for in full within 3 days of auction's end. Full payment must be made before any items may be removed from the premises. Cash, good bankable check, money order/certified bank check and wire transfers are all acceptable payment. If paying via wire transfer you will need to call Sunshine Auction Co. for wiring instructions to be emailed to you. A $25.00 wire transfer fee will be charged to the buyer if they choose to pay with this method. A $35.00 fee will apply to all NSF checks. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON PAYING DO NOT BID.
