Please read the terms below and understand that by registering and bidding on this auction you are aware of the pickup dates, payment methods, and particular instructions given for certain lots on the auction.
*Auction Pickup: MONDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2023 | 9 AM - 6 PM or TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2023 | 9 AM - 6PM
*Invoices will be sent to the email you registered to bid with and sent out immediatley after the close of the auction. If you do not have one by Monday morning, please check your junk mail or spam folders.
*Guns are sold as is, with none being previously test fired by the company, please inspect your firearms and ammo before shooting. Iman Auction Company will disclose any known defects informed of, or noticed in the visual inspection and normal handling of the firearms. Please take caution when firing weapons that have significant age, or have unmarked caliber! Many times older weapons are listed by what is discribed by the seller or what research has provided. If you purchase a firearm and have any questions please reach out before firing that weapon.
*ATF paperwork and NICS background checks must be completed by gun buyers, please have a copy of your drivers license. If your address doesnt match your drivers license you will need a govt issued document (vehicle registration)
*Gun buyers requiring shipping must provide a signed copy of an FFL license with which guns are to be shipped. Please note which address on the FFL is the business shipping address. All hand guns must be shipped next day air, UPS policy!
*All gun buyers are required to present a valid government issued photo ID with current address (if ID has old address, supplemental government issued supporting documents can be used, i.e. vehicle registration).
*All ammunition buyers are required to present a valid government issue photo ID to prove age (18 for long gun ammo & 21 for pistol ammo) at pick up or before shipment. Ammo buyers wishing to have ammo shipped, please provide a copy of the front and back of your ID via email to sold@imanauction.com.
*Buyers wishing to have items shipped need to notify the auction company by email at sold@imanauction.com, and include your NAME& SHIPPING ADDRESS. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping PLUS a handling fee of $10 per package for items shipping in padded envelopes and USPS flat rate boxes OR $25 per package for larger items requiring custom packing. We do our best to combine shipping on multiple items and make it as affordable as possible for you. Shipping is not available for any large items, so if you have a question about an item's size relative to shipping, please ask before bidding. We do not ship internationally or to CANADA!
*Shipping of hand guns is now requried to be shipped next day air. Please figure and be prepared for shipping costs, they are expensive. We will do our best to make it as cheap as possible and put multiple firearms in boxes if we are able. ** NEXT DAY refers to the next day AFTER it leaves Iman Auction Center. When you recieve your invoice with the tracking info, we have processed your invoice and your package will be scheduled for pickup the follwoing day.
