Auction Terms and Conditions:
1.All items are sold as is.It is strongly recommended that bidders ask any questions before bidding.Please refer to the photos as part of the description.Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited will do everything possible to list any damage, repair, or repair status.Keep in mind that you are buying antique or used items.Signs of wear consistent with age are expected.
2. All sales are final. All property is shipped as is, no return, no refund. Without exception.
3.We recommend that Internet bidders register at least (48) hours before the auction to allow enough time to process and approve their registration.
4.All successful online buyers will receive invoices within (24) hours of the auction sale.If the buyer has not receive email notification within (24) hours, please contact us by email globalassetauction@163.com. The Buyer shall be responsible for all items they purchased and for providing payment. If the buyer fails to provide liquidation funds within 7 working days after the transaction, they will receive negative feedback reports relating to their online auction materials and will not be allowed to register for subsequent transactions.
5.For each hammer price, bidders will add 15% buyer premium as auction commission.
6.All payments shall be made in US dollars.The buyer can only collect items after the payment in full.If payment is made by check or wire transfer, the shipment is available only after the liquidation of the bank.Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of billing invoices after the auction.If the buyer fails to pay within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the auction and resupply the goods and will render the bidder liable for any loss or other costs or damages arising therefrom (requiring the buyer to pay the 15% hammer price of the payment as liquidated damages).Ownership will transfer only when Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited receives full payment and related fees.
7.All orders of $10,000 or more must be paid by bank transfer or wire remittance.Contact us if you have problems with your payment.All expenses, exchange rates and other management fees shall be borne by the Buyer.All sales and remittances shall be made in US dollar currency.
8.All items are sold to the highest bidder recognized by the auctioneer.The auctioneer is the arbitrator of any bid in controversy.He could, in his own discretion, restart the bid and refuse to find it improper.The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any items and renew them at another time.The auctioneer will do their best to execute all bids, including base price, absentee, telephone, and Internet bids.We are not responsible for any missed bids.Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited reserves the right to cancel any sale or offer before, during, and after the auction.
9.Transaction dispute : Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited is any arbitrator with a transaction dispute dispute and has the right to arbitrate the transaction in dispute.In orders with transaction dispute, refund or return you will still be responsible for transportation and processing costs and return freight costs.The 15% of the buyer's premium auction commission will not be refunded.Because you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this auction, there is no refund or exchange.If you request a return or refund, you agree that you will remain responsible for shipping the items back, the lesser applicable taxes, and the entire Buyer's premium for each item and all shipping/handling.
10.Liquidated Damages: If you bid and are considered the winner of a reasonable price creation, but fail to pay on the invoice sent to you or dispute with any third party payment, as a credit entity, you will be charged the 15% of the hammer price as a clearing loss.By bidding for any such lots, you hereby agree to pay such liquidated damages resulting from irreparable damage, which will be sustained by affordable creation.Furthermore, if the successful bidder fails to make any payment under these terms and conditions, at the sole discretion, we reserve the right to report such outstanding payments to the Credit and Receiver Agency, including the liquidated damages stated herein.
11.We do not provide any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or applicable for any particular purpose.There is no guarantee that any commodity complies with any applicable governmental rules, regulations or regulations of any type or nature.All items can be queried prior to the bid.Neither the auctioneer or the client has provided any warranty as to the authenticity of the goods.Any description, Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited does not make any form of warranty or warranty regarding physical conditions, size, quality, rarity, neutrality.Materials, age, authenticity, origin, culture, source or historical significance of any commodity. Written and oral descriptions are the opinions of Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited and should in no way be construed as warranties of any kind as to the authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other features of the goods sold. Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited provides real and effective information as well as descriptions as possible.Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited attempts to correctly catalog each lot and will try to point out any defects, but is not responsible or responsible for the correctness of the catalog or other description of the lots.Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited is not responsible for any errors or omissions.The status report and any other statements are our views and should not be a factual basis.No employee shall have the right to represent and make any guarantee of any form.No statement anywhere, orally or in writing, shall be considered such warranty, warranty or statement.Potential purchasers of bidders must rely solely on themselves to inspect the goods.Any bid you make warrants that you have read the approved acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale and any bid you make will indicate that you have adequately inspected the bid item or choose not to check.Potential bidders is the potential bidder to inspect all items they are interested in.By bidding in any capacity, you represent that you have fully inspected these items according to your wishes and have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers from Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited that you think is sufficient.If you need to be absolutely certain in all areas of authenticity, and your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, please do not bid for lots in question.Please contact us by email for any questions.
12.Transportation: We provide professional packaging and transportation services.We will arrange for shipping within 5-7 working days after receipt of the payment.Our company has logistics warehouses around the world and we offer professional transport services.
13.You may not assign or transfer the Agreement or any of its rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Global Heritage Auction Co., Limited.
