Texas buyers who want to claim a Farm Use Exemption on farm equipment must present a valid Texas Agriculture & Timber Registration Number, along with a signed Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. There is a 10% Buyer Premium on all items. There will be a $50 Document Fee on any licensed, titled or bill of sale vehicle including trailers and ATV's. Shipping: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not ship. Please bring help for loading large items.
