* Invoices will be e-mailed to you within two hours of the closing of the auction. Please check the e-mail you provided when your registered. If you do not see the invoice - check your spam folder.
* CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER. Cash is King! Credit/Debit Card Payments will be assessed an additional 4% processing fee) . If you are paying with Credit/Debit card you WILL BE REQUIRED to provide your driver's license when you pay and the names must match.
* YOU WILL PAY FOR FOR ITEMS AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP. WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CARD YOU REGISTERED WITH ON HIBID.
* All Personal Property MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE REMOVAL FROM PREMISES. All items are removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Cripe's Auction Service WILL NOT load or help load any purchased items. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS and BRING BOXES/PACKING MATERIAL FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FRAGILE AND COULD BE BROKEN.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS-NO EXCEPTIONS as it is your responsibility to attend and view the items in person on posted preview dates. Preview is always recommended.

* SHIPPING MAY BE AVAILABLE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS- IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST SHIPPING PRIOR TO PLACING BIDS, PLEASE CALL Cripe's Auction Service @ 765-675-6909 or e-mail us at cripesauction@yahoo.com. WE WILL NOT SHIP LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS, FURNITURE, OR ANYTHING OVER 50#. SHIPPING COST, INSURANCE, PACKING, BOXES + a MINIMUM $15 HANDLING FEE IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER. BUYER PICK-UP IS PREFERRED. You will be required to pay for your items AND provide a copy of your driver's license prior to shipping. The name on your driver's license and credit card must match.
* PICK-UP SCHEDULE: Monday, October 23rd & Tuesday, October 24th from Noon until 6:00pm.

* PICK-UP LOCATION: Cripe's Auction Service, 3247 E State Road 28, West Building, Tipton, Indiana 46072 (We are located 1/4 mile East of State Road 213)
* Any items not picked up by 6:00pm on Tuesday, October 23rd may be forfeited by the buyer and offered to the back-up bidder.
* Auctionhouse, auctioneer and auctionhouse employees reserve the right to place bids.
* ABSENTEE BIDDING IS STILL AVAILABLE. Call us to inquire about this service and how it works.
Auctionhouse and/or it's employees will place bids on your behalf if you are unable to attend the on-line auction. Maximum bid amount must be determined and the bid will start at 50% of the maximum bid.
* SALES TAX of 7% will be collected on items purchased as well as shipping & handling costs unless you have a current ST-105 on file with us.
* GUN BUYERS (If Applicable) - If you CANNOT pass a backgroud check - do NOT bid on a gun! You are required to pay for your firearm(s) at our location and provide a copy of your Driver's License. Your information will be forwarded to our local Federal Firearms Dealer. Dealer's phone number will be provided to you when you pay for your firearm(s). You will make arrangements with the Firearms Dealer to complete your background check, transfer, and pick up your firearm(s). You will pay an additional $25 PER FIREARM to complete this process. IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK - YOU WILL FORFEIT THE PRICE PAID AND THE GUN. DO NOT BUY A GUN IF YOU CANNOT PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK! FIREARMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO ANY INDIVIDUAL-ONLY FROM FIREARMS DEALER TO A FIREARMS DEALER OF YOUR CHOICE. *Your cost to ship a firearm: $25 Transfer Fee and Actual Shipping/Handling/Packing Costs plus Insurance.
* TITLED VEHICLE BUYERS (If Applicable) - A $25 title fee will be applied to every titled vehicle purchase. Titles will be available for pick up or will be mailed to you with-in 10 business days of cleared payment regardless of payment method.
* NO BUYER'S PREMIUM.
* PLEASE -- IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING FOR OR PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS --- DON'T BID! You will be excluded from bidding on any of our future auctions and we do report non-paying and difficult bidders to Hi-Bid so as to warn other auctioneers of potential problems with bidders.
