REGISTRATION - You must register for the auction on Hibid.
PAYMENT - Etransfer is preferred or pay in person when you pick up by Debit, Visa,Mastercard or Cash
BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Cash, Debit & etransfer
and 18% for Visa & Mastercard plus 13% HST added to all purchases.
BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops.
INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - Invoices are emailed Monday after the Auction. Check your junk mail if you don't receive it. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the times specified.
We are happy to work on an alternate pick up day however payment must be made by 6 p.m. Wednesday. Items not paid for by 6 p.m. the Wednesday after the Auction will be considered abandoned unless you contact us and you will be blocked from future auctions. 905-682-2311
US customers must pay by wire transfers over $100.00 or call for more information. We will not contact you.
MERCHANDISE AND CONDITION - We do our best to properly describe the items in the auction as well as taking pictures however items are all sold AS IS/WHERE IS with any flaws. By bidding you agree that you have read the items details and agree to them. If you have a problem with an item you have purchased you must contact us within 24 hours after you pick it up.
We do not give refunds and will give you a Credit if we find a valid reason for a return.
THE BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Peninsula Liquidators Inc. (O/A - Luke's Auctions) and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Luk'e Auctions or anyone acting on his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age.
