If an item requires shipping in state please contact Boltz Auctions. - For all auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or glitches. - ALL matters of discrepancy or litigation MUST be handled in the state of Pennsylvania in Lancaster County. - It will be assumed by the Auction Company that out-of-state orders require shipping.
