Real Estate will be 10% deposit after the auction, balance due in 30 days at closing. 2011 Subaru will be payable in full by cash or cashiers check prior to pickup. Sales Tax will be collected on the vehicle.
Shipping will be by third party shipper. You are welcome to contract a shipper or by default, we will give your items to UPS Store #2630 for shipping.
