Roadrunner Estate Auctions (REA) will be handling a Northeast Heights Downsizing Estate online auction. This is a smaller auction but you will see some great finds from this clean northeast heights home.There are no reserves and all lots start at one dollar. All inventory will be sold to the highest bidders. Please view photos and descriptions for condition. All lots are sold as-is.

First lot will close at 6pm on Thursday, May 25th. Each following lot will close at 10 second intervals. If a bid is placed with less than 2 minutes of the end time, 2 minutes will be added to the end time.
LOCAL BIDDERS-
Pick-up will be by appointment only - Saturday, May 27th, 2023 from 10 am to 3 pm. If you cannot pick-up during those hours please do not bid. Visit Roadrunnerauctions.com to schedule your appointment. The scheduler will not be availlable until Thursday night.
Payment is collected at the time of pick-up for local bidders
15% buyer premium when using a credit card
10% buyer premium when paying with cash

Pick Up location is near San Pedro & Mountain. The address will be printed on your winning invoice
OUT OF TOWN BIDDERS-
LIMITED shipping is available for this auction, within the US only. Please view each lot to see if shipping is available or not available for EACH lot (look for the little blue truck). We will use USPS Priority Shipping, flat rate boxes as needed. Out of town winners will receive a second invoice on Thursday night from SQUARE that will include the shipping charge.
