There is NO SHIPPING and No transportation of goods available for this auction. Please keep this in mind prior to bidding. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given dates. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. *ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than Thursday June 1st, 2023 unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to the auction closing. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time, the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller.
