By placing a bid, bidder indicates they accept the pictures and descriptions as given, or have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Visual inspection of items is offered and highly encouraged prior to placing a bid. Riverside Auctions and Sales reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at our discretion. Item Preview: We will offer public preview. We will have a public preview on Saturday April 15th from 10-4pm CST 1705 Washington St Blair NE 68008 On-Line Bidding: This is an online only timed auction. The highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. Auction will be open for bidding from the time of posting until April 18th at 5:00 PM Central Time. Items will begin a "soft close" starting at 5:00 PM Central Time on April 18th. Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from advancing the bid. Invoice and Payment: Buyers will be allowed to pay with cash, check, or credit card at the time of pickup. All remaining balances due at the close of pick up on Thursday, April 20th will be charged to the credit card on file with HiBid. All Buyers will pay the price of the individual item plus an additional 10% buyer premium. Any invoice paid with a credit card will be charged an additional 4% credit card convenience fee. All items are subject to sales tax. If you do not receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please notify us by calling Brandon at 308-760-6991. Please keep in mind that sometimes emails may be delivered to your junk/spam folder. Item Pickup: Items shall be picked up at Cherry Pickings Antiques, 1705 Washington St, Blair, NE on the following dates and times: Wednesday, April 19th 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, and Thursday, April 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please adhere to pickup times as we will not be available for pickup other than these times. All items must be paid for in full before being removed. All items will be removed at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Please bring your own packing materials and manpower to safely remove and load your own items. Any items not removed from our facility within the specified pickup time will be considered abandoned, and the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property including all funds used to purchase the items, unless arrangements are made ahead of time with the auction company. Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items only. Shipping will not be provided for any items that cannot be easily packaged in a shipping box even if the listing states "Shipping Available". There will be a minimum $10.00 handling charge per item (discounted with multiple items) plus the cost of the shipping. Riverside Auction and Sales will determine the shipping method and rate based on the most economical way possible. Shipping will be done as soon as possible but may take up to 10 days after the auction to get your items shipped. Please note we are unable to and will not provide a shipping estimate prior to the auction. We have no way of estimating shipping costs without having the item packaged ready for shipping. Auction Software used by Riverside Auction and Sales will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. Be sure you know what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid. Our staff tries to take clear concise photos of the individual lots, however, sometimes other lot items photos can be displayed in the background of of a lot. Most item descriptions were provided to the auction company from the seller. Riverside Auction & Sales will not be at fault for any incorrect advertising or item descriptions.
