Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTRATION - You must register for the auction on Hibid. Credit Card information will be needed to verify your identification. You must be of legal age to bid. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD for registering. PAYMENT - Pay in person by Debit, Visa, Mastercard, e-transfer, or Cash on site. PHONE CREDIT CARDS PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Cash, Debit & e-transfer and 18% Buyers Premium for Visa & Mastercard plus 13% HST added to all purchases. BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops. INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - You will receive an email after after the auction with your Invoice. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the times specified. Check your junk mail too !! MERCHANDISE AND CONDITION - We do our best to properly describe the items in the auction to the best of our ability however items are all sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Please read carefully & look at the pictures. We cannot be responsible for things we may have missed. PICK UP SCHEDULE: Purchases will only be dispensed when photo ID and invoice is provided. The winning bidders are responsible for arranging and adhering to agreed pick-up time. WE DO NOT SHIP. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up during our hours of business. Pick up for the items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Please note that there will be no support staff available to help transport items to your vehicle. It is recommended that you bring help if you purchased large or heavy items. Upon delivery, we are not responsible for items that were forgotten or left behind. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THE BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Kays Auctions and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Kays Auctions or anyone acting on his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age.
