Nice ONLINE Estate Auction in progress now. SALE HAS BEEN PUSHED BACK END ON ON APRIL 12TH, PICKUP WILL BE ON APRIL 13TH ONLY. The home is in central Austin,(78703) and is smoke and pet free. All items are sold in gently used, as is condition. The home is extremely clean. buyers are expected to pack, transport and haul their purchases. BILLING WILL GO OUT ON MONDAY MORNING AND PICKUP WILL BE ON MONDAY, APRIL 3RD ONLY.
Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium. Buyers are expected to pick up their purchases timely & on pick up day as noted in auction info. We will make 1 attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone to confirm pick up. Bring wrapping material as well as a dolly or help to load items, as needed.
