You agree to pay court fees and a rate of $125 a day if we have to file suit to recover money from a chargeback or to recover from theft or an accidental release of items without payment. you authorize us to collect any judgement ordered by court by legal means or seizure of assets, bank account, business assets and or place your debt for collections. 16. All items unpaid by 1 week after auction invoice or shipping unpaid Monday after invoice sent will be considered abandoned and you release items back to auctioneer and forfeit any monies paid and you will still be responsible for paymentt of items. 17. Shipping is seperate charge from your invoice . All unpaid shipping invoice after 24 hours of sent invoice will incur a $10 late payment charge. After 3 days of unpaid shipping charge bidder will agree to abandon items paid for or pay a $25 fee. No items will be released with out complete payment of invoice shipping fees and late fees. If shipping and late fees are not paid within 3 days items will be forfeited and no refund will be given and items will be considered abondined. 18. Buyers premium is not refundable. Refunds if given will only be hammer price and tax charged. Regardless of fault buyer premium is never refundable.
