We reserve the right to withdraw any item(s) prior to sale. Buyer's Premium of 20% will be added to the hammer price of each individual item sold. The Buyer's Premium is retained by the auctioneer and is non-refundable. 6% PA Sales Tax to the total gross amount of invoice. The Sales Tax will not be charged to buyers with a valid PA Sales Tax Exemption. To establish yourself as a Pennsylvania Tax-Exempt buyer you must provide us with a copy of your valid reseller's certificate. Any person claiming tax exemption but is unable to provide proof will be required to pay Pennsylvania Sales Tax. Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card registered with HiBid for bidding approval. Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Wire Transfer or Cash at Pickup. There is no surcharge for credit card payments and no discount for cash payment. We will charge the credit card you have registered with HiBid one day after conclusion of the auction, unless you have previously notified us you will be picking up and paying cash. Please verify that the credit card you have on file with HiBid is a good card. If full payment is not made or if credit card is declined for any reason, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds. We are not providing Shipping Services for this auction. If you are not able to pickup, you must contact a 3rd Party Shipper to pick up items on your behalf. Items will only be release once payment is made via credit card so make sure your credit card information is current and valid in Hibid. Once items are picked up by a buyer or a buyer's representative, the items are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds, credits or chargebacks will be permitted on items that have been released to the buyer or the buyer's representative. By removing your items or having a representative remove them, the buyer releases any and all claims and certifies that they accept the items as they are at time of pickup and that is the same condition as in the auction listing. All items are sold AS-IS, as pictured, with no guarantee express or implied. Unless otherwise noted, all items are assumed to be in USED condition. All items not paid for or picked up within 15 days will be resold or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. All sales are final. There are no returns or right of refusal. All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. Local Pickup items will be provided with a pickup address when pickup date/time is arranged. We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder, acknowledged by the auctioneer, will be the purchaser. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason, from delivering any item(s) to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser and, under no circumstances, include any incidental or consequential damages. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and/or extend the auction to another date and/or time. The auctioneer is not responsible for any local power failures or internet disruption before, during or after the auction. Reserves: some items in this auction may be subject to reserve (the confidential minimum price for which an item may be sold). If a lot is offered with reserve, we may implement that reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor up to the amount of that reserve. The auctioneer is not permitted to make the opening bid on this item. If no opening bid is received, we will pass the item. Once the auction is over, if you have won an item, your registered credit card will be charged unless you have notified us that you will pick up your item(s) and are paying cash.
