This is a online bidding only sale. Buyers are encouraged to make his/her own inspections on items being sold. By bidding you are accepting the current condition of items being sold and have made all inspections needed to bid on items. Veiwing of items is by apointment only. Please call 507-498-5104. All sales are final and items are sold as is where is. A 10% buyers premium is added to all top bids per item not per invoice. Cash/Check/Credit Cards are all accepted for payment. All Credit Cards will be charged a 5% convience fee to total invoice. A 7.37% sales tax will be applied on all purchases. If shipping is needed JPK Auctions offers Shipping. The shipping terms are as follows: Shipping will happen as soon as we can after the sale closed and invoice payment made. All items will be required to have insurance provided by the buyer. Once the Item has left our facility it is no longer our responsibility. All shipping will be paid with credit card for the amount of the shipping and a 5% convience fee. All Items That are not eligable for shipping will be marked as so. Pick up will be 3/27/2023 10am-7pm or call 507-498-5104 Any and all items not picked up or arrangments made by 3/28/2023 will be charged to the bidders Credit card. Any and All items not picked up by 3/29/2023 or arrangements made will be charged $5 per day until 4/12/2023 when buyers credit card will be charged storage and then become property of JPK Auctions. There is a $30 processing fee for all title transfers added to invoice. Per state law current drivers liscense and insurance must be provided. Buyer is responsible for registering the item/vehicle with thier residing state. If paying with check check must clear before the title transfer will be made. If paying with Credit card there will be a 5% CC Fee.
