All items which for which receipt is not taken within five (5) business days will be placed for resale. If, for any reason, DirlaBid is unable to complete the sale of any purchase, buyer agrees to the termination of the purchase and the return of any monies paid by the buyer to the seller for the purchase. Shipping handling charge will be 5% or $5.00, whichever is higher to cover labor and packing materials.
