Terms & Conditions: ~ We are not responsible for accidents. ~ All bidders must be registered and receive a bid number. Driver's license or proper identification is required. ~ All items are AS IS! All Sales are Final!! Warranties or Guarantees are neither expressed or implied on any items. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. Absolutely NO returns! ~ Items must be paid for before leaving the building! ~A 12% in house buyer's premium will be applied to final sale, NOT to exceed $500.00 per invoice. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card transactions. ~ A 15% internet buyer's premium will be applied to all online winning bids, not to exceed $100 per invoice. A 3% discount will be granted if items are picked up and paid for using cash or good check. ~ Payment will be cash, good check or Paypal. A $30 Return check fee plus collection fee will be applied to all bad checks. ~ Once the auctioneer declares an item sold , responsibility for that item lies with the buyer! ~ Any items left after scheduled pick up times will be forfeited. ~Cedar Valley Iowa Realty & Auction Co. does NOT restrict it's employees or officers from participating in the auctions. ~Announcements at the time of sale take precedent. ~ Auctioneer has the right to refuse or accept any & all opening bids. ~ All items purchased must be picked up the day of the auction or alternate arrangements may be made. We can NOT store your items for you!! You may be required to show your paid in full receipt upon removal of auction items after the auction day. ~ There are 15 security cameras in place inside & outside of this facility.
