All hour meter readings or mileages are believed to be true but are not guaranteed. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to the item. Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection. Payment must be received within 3 business days after the conclusion of the auction. The buyer will receive an Invoice from Land Home and Auction Team VIA the email the buyer provides to Hibid and AuctionTime at the time of registration. Buyer agrees to pay by electronic check, Credit Card, Certified Check or Bank Wire Transfer. A 5 business day clearing is required on all E-Pay checks. All Credit Card transactions will be charged an additional 3.5% transaction fee. All incoming Bank Wire Transfers will incur an additional $15.00 fee. Any buyer from outside of the United Sates must pay in US dollars, and all fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Contact Land Home and Auction Team with any questions. No item can be picked up or shipped until the item is Paid in Full. Purchaser is responsible for State Use Tax. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless other arrangements are made. All items must be removed within 14 calendar days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 30 calendar days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
