Fox Year End Online Machinery Auction
Payment will be by wire transfer, cash, good check or (credit card w/4% surcharge) There is a 10% buyers premium with a $1,000.00 per item cap. All items are sold "as is where is" with all faults. It is buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise before bidding on items. Any mentions of model year, hours or miles stated are believed to be true but are not verified by the auction company. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect items for sale at one of the many previews and bid their judgment. By placing a bid on an item you are agreeing to these terms. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the bidder becomes the owner of the assett being auctioned. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made within two business days of auction close. For online bidding payment will be by wire transfer, cash, good check or credit card (4% convenience fee for CC)
Payment must clear before equipment can be removed. Pickup will be on the day of auction until 6 pm, Thursday December 15 and Friday December 16 between 9 am and 5 pm. We have loaders to assist with loading. If buyers need large equipment hauled we can assist by contacting local haulers.
