ABOUT THIS LOCATION: Clean Smoke-free, Pet-free home in House Springs. Lots of Vintage items, men's clothing size large, kitchen items, furniture, decor and more. All Lots start at $2.00.
Pick Up is 1 day ONLY!! Monday, November 28th from 2pm-6pm. Your items will not be transported to auction house for holding if you do not pick up. Be sure to read all descriptions and check all photos posted. We do our best to note any blemishes and/or condition issues. All items are sold as is.
All items are sold as is. We make no attempt to improve items. We simply snap a picture and move to the next lot. Therefore, we don't check each item. Items are used and some are vintage. Expect normal wear with used and vintage items. We do not issue refunds on lots showing wear. If something is not in the picture then do not assume it's included. We do not check for cords or test items unless noted. If an item is listed as working then you must test the item onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves the premises.
Effective 12/1/2021:
We will no longer be holding or transporting items after the scheduled pick up date. Any items left after the scheduled pick up are forfeited without refund. This applies to any location we offer auctions at, including our auction house in High Ridge. Multiple bidders per auction do not retrieve their items during the pick up time and we do not have the storage to hold items. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items.
It is your responsibility to pick up your items. We invoice items the night the auction ends. If you do not receive an invoice via email then you must contact us. We have no control over how your emails are received, and you are still responsible for picking up during the scheduled pick up date. Otherwise items are forfeited. We do our best to work with customers but please do your part and pick up on pick up day. Thank you.
