This is a United State Bankruptcy Sale for the Eastern District on NC under court order. All itmes are being sold "AS IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed to be accutate but not waranteed. Bidder inpsection is encoraged. We have tried to show you all that we can in the pictures. The music equipment was unhooked and taken directly out of the studio. The artwork came from an individual collection. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. All payments must be made by Friday August 5th 5PM. If you are picking your items up by August 5th you may pay with cash, check or CC. Credit or Debit card carries a 3% fee. Wire transfers or Credit Cards are accepted on all items that will require shipping. 5% buyers premium will be added to each sale. 6.75% NC sales tax will be added unless you have a NC resale certificate. Buyer is responsible for shipping or pickup. If you want to use the local shipping company we will deliver your item to them for them to package and send per your instructions.
