*Shipping is available through USPS. There is a $5.00 surcharge per bidder number. So if you buy 10 items you are only charged one surcharge of $5.00. Shipping cost is actual plus the $5.00 and insurance is required on all shipments. We will gladly use Flat Rate Boxes to save you money.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
*If you're unable to make the pick up dates please make arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Failure to pickup your winnings means we have to move your items to our Ozark auction house. This is time consuming and expensive. We have to pay labor, truck and trailer, fuel and time. What's more, is that we need the space to set up the next auction which is literally coming in house the day of pickup. We can no longer do this for free. There will be a $ 10.00 fee if your items need to be moved to our Ozark location. Your cooperation is needed and very much appreciated. If arragnements are made ahead of time the fee will be waived.
Items not claimed within 7 days are considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
We are a proven auction company with a history of fairness and honesty. Any complaints should be directed to Steve Becker for immediate remedy. It is the bidders responsibility to read and understand all terms prior to bidding.
